    Alpha Imprinting™

    The core neuroscience-based technique. Brainspotting, EMDR, somatic, polyvagal, breathwork, EFT and matrix reimprinting, NLP, and binaural frequency woven into one method.

    Integration

    We close with the homework — the workbook page, the mental rep, the protocol to run before next week.
