Certification 01

Alpha Imprinting™ Cert.

Online · Live · 3 Days

The technique Dr. Paige developed — and trains practitioners in worldwide. Built on the latest neuroscience and stacked with ten science-based modalities.

Alpha Imprinting

What is Alpha Imprinting

A multi-technique method that addresses trauma, emotional blocks, and performance limitations at the neural, somatic, and subconscious levels — designed to optimize brain health, reset the autonomic nervous system, and rewire core beliefs through integrative modalities, all in one protocol.

How it works

Alpha Imprinting’s set-up is the ideal condition for reprogramming the subconscious — the program running 95% of automatic actions and reactions, fully formed by age eight. Past stress and traumatic experiences are accessed inside an altered state of consciousness through sound patterns, then fully processed and reimprinted as neutral energy. The nervous system resets to a flexible state, and the subconscious begins running as an enhanced mind-body-spirit performance program.

Eleven techniques inside

The toolkit you’ll learn.

  • 01Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is recognized by the American Psychological Association (Division 30) and supported across multiple large-scale meta-analyses and Cochrane reviews. Research shows measurable acceleration of trauma reprocessing, rapid downshift of elevated sympathetic arousal, and durable change in automatic response patterns — making it one of the foundational tools for clearing the survival program and installing the Alpha flow state wiring the rest of the protocol depends on.

  • 02Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

Modern applied research — including reviews by Tosey, Mathison and Davy, applied trauma work by Heimbürger et al., and Sturt et al. on phobia and anxiety — supports NLP's clinical utility for performance blocks, presentation anxiety, and trauma reactivity. Inside Alpha Imprinting, NLP is used to map and rewrite the subjective experience that drives automatic output, so the new nervous-system wiring fires under pressure, not only in session.

  • 03Somatic Experiencing®

Developed by Dr. Peter Levine, Somatic Experiencing has been evaluated in RAND Corporation trials (2018, 2020) and in independent clinical studies showing measurable reductions in PTSD symptom severity, improved sleep architecture, and improved autonomic regulation. SE is the modality that lets the body complete the survival response it could not finish in the original moment — and stop holding the charge that was running the defended set point and the trauma-driven sympathetic lock.

  • 04Frequency Medicine

Binaural beat, vibroacoustic, and tonal protocols have been studied for their effect on brainwave entrainment (notably the 40 Hz gamma band, which has been linked to cognitive binding and memory consolidation) and for measurable improvements in heart rate variability, cortisol regulation, and reported relaxation. Inside Alpha Imprinting, frequency medicine amplifies the state shift and supports reprogramming at the energy-medicine level — including the Solfeggio framework detailed below.

  • 05Brainspotting

Developed by Dr. David Grand, Brainspotting uses the field of view to identify and process subcortical regions where trauma and performance residue are stored. Case-study and emerging clinical literature reports reductions in trauma activation, somatic distress and performance blocks — including improvements in athletes and high performers carrying blocked, high-output stress loads. Within Alpha Imprinting, it is used as a precision tool for residue other modalities cannot reach.

  • 06EFT Tapping Matrix Reimprinting

EFT has the largest empirical base of any tapping-based intervention, including Church's 2018 systematic review of more than 100 studies, randomized controlled work showing significant cortisol reduction, and a 2013 study on combat veterans documenting meaningful PTSD symptom reduction. Matrix Reimprinting, developed by Karl Dawson, layers targeted re-patterning of childhood and adverse memories into the meridian work. In Alpha Imprinting, the pairing is used to clear the charge on life-altering memories and rewrite the early imprint the survival program is still defending — including the ones running the defended set point.

  • 07EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

Developed by Dr. Francine Shapiro, EMDR is endorsed by the American Psychological Association, the World Health Organization, the International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies, and the U.S. Departments of Veterans Affairs and Defense as an evidence-based treatment for PTSD and trauma-spectrum presentations. A substantial body of randomized controlled trials and meta-analyses supports its use for performance blocks, anxiety, and resolution of disturbing sport-related memories. Bilateral stimulation (visual, tactile, or auditory) is paired with targeted attention to activate the brain's adaptive information-processing system — allowing the survival charge to discharge and the memory to be stored without hijacking the present. Inside Alpha Imprinting, EMDR is used as a faster-acting layer for discrete trauma imprints and performance-event residue, freeing capacity for the deeper subconscious rewiring the rest of the protocol depends on.

  • 08Visualization & Sports Imagery

Sports imagery and visualization research — including reviews by Weinberg (2008), Cumming (2008), and the Morris, Spittle and Watt (2005) meta-analysis — shows measurable gains in motor performance, confidence, anxiety reduction, and motor-skill acquisition when imagery is structured systematically. Functional MRI work demonstrates that imagined movement activates overlapping cortical and subcortical regions with actual execution, making imagery a low-load, high-repetition form of training — particularly valuable in injury return-to-play and in refining the sport-specific micro-movements installed during the Reimprint phase. Within Alpha Imprinting, structured visualization is used as the conscious rehearsal step that bridges the new subconscious programming into real, repeatable performance under pressure.

  • 09Psychological Sigh Breathwork

The physiological sigh — a double inhale through the nose followed by an extended exhale — was characterized in the Balban et al. (2023) randomized controlled trial published in Cell Reports Medicine from the Stanford Huberman laboratory. Across multiple stress-induction paradigms, the physiological sigh produced the largest and most rapid reduction in physiological arousal and self-reported anxiety compared with box breathing, cyclic sighing, and mindfulness meditation, and outperformed the other protocols on sleep quality and resting-state parasympathetic markers in extended practice. Inside Alpha Imprinting, the physiological sigh is the in-session and pre-competition tool used to interrupt a triggered sympathetic lock in real time — clearing the breathing-pattern disruption the survival program installs — so the new nervous-system wiring can be rehearsed without the body fighting it.

  • 10Functional Neurology Exercises

Functional neurology applies receptor-driven stimulation — vestibular, oculomotor, proprioceptive, hemicranial, and cerebellar drills — to drive measurable neuroplastic change in targeted brain regions. The practitioner field is associated with the work of Dr. Frederick Carrick and the Carrick Institute, and has growing applied literature supporting its use for concussion recovery, balance and vestibular retraining, oculomotor performance, post-injury return-to-play protocols, and peak-performance activation in elite athletes. Excellent safety and tolerability make it an ideal partner modality. Within Alpha Imprinting, functional neurology exercises are used between sessions to reinforce the neurological change at the receptor level — strengthening the brain regions the Reimprint phase is rewiring, so the new programming is metabolically supported, not only psychologically rehearsed.

  • 11Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness-based interventions have a substantial evidence base — including the Khoury et al. (2013) meta-analysis of 209 studies showing moderate-to-large effect sizes for stress, anxiety, depression, and pain, and the Goyal et al. (2014) JAMA Internal Medicine review of 47 trials with documented gains in those same domains. fMRI work on experienced meditators shows reduced amygdala reactivity and improved prefrontal regulation — the neural signature of a nervous system that can drop out of the defended set point on demand. Within Alpha Imprinting, mindfulness meditation is the receptive-state floor that holds the windows open between modalities: the capacity to stay present, observe the body's signals without defending against them, and let the new programming land without the survival program reasserting itself.

Inside the certification

Four modules. Ten frames of integration.

The certification is sectioned into four modules — and ten frames of performance integration examined through both the one-on-one client delivery and the group client application.

Module 01
01 / 04

Foundational scientific theories and philosophies applied to sports & health performance.

The neuroscience of trauma, autonomic nervous system regulation, brainwave state, and the latest evidence base across nervous system healing, subconscious rewiring, and altered states of consciousness. The philosophy underneath the Alpha Imprinting method — why performance is a nervous system issue before it is a technique issue, and the foundations practitioners carry into every session they deliver.

Module 02
02 / 04

Trauma applied to sports performance.

The four trauma responses — fight, flight, freeze, fawn — and the trauma memory reservoir as it shows up on the field, in the training room, and in the season that breaks an athlete. How to identify the locked-in survival program running underneath a competition, and the structured process for clearing the reservoir so the nervous system can return to Alpha flow under pressure.

Module 03
03 / 04

Desensitizing and visualization.

How to desensitize the nervous system to future negative outcomes, injuries, and the uncontrollable environmental stressors of competition — so the next big moment cannot knock the athlete out of flow. Plus the structured use of clinical visualization, sports imagery, and cognitive rehearsal as low-load, high-repetition training for the Alpha flow programming.

Module 04
04 / 04

Biofeedback and micro movements within sports performance.

The body-level work — sport-specific body position, neuromuscular micro-movements, and biofeedback-driven reprogramming — that installs the new programming at the receptor level. Practitioners train how to read the body through the protocol, deliver the biofeedback cue in real time, and confirm the reprogramming has metabolically landed before the athlete leaves the room.

Examined across the certification

Ten frames of performance integration.

Each frame is a real-world performance domain the practitioner learns to read, intervene in, and re-pattern through the Alpha Imprinting protocol — first in the one-on-one client setting, then in the group field.

  • 01
    Reprocessing life trauma and stressors.

Clearing the trauma and accumulated life stressors the athlete carried into the season — the nervous-system load from home, relationships, transitions, losses, and the events outside sport the performance program has been running on top of. Cleared first so the sport-specific work has a clean operating system to land on.

  • 02
    Reprocessing concussions.

Clearing the survival charge laid down by head impacts — the vestibular disruption, the cognitive fog, the return-to-play confidence block, and the visual-processing interference that persists long past clinical clearance. Reprocessed inside Alpha Imprinting so the nervous system returns to baseline rather than defending the impact.

  • 03
    Reprocessing sports injuries and overtraining.

Releasing the trauma charge carried by physical injuries — the dissociation, the hesitation, the fear of re-injury — alongside the sympathetic load created by training volume that exceeded the nervous system's regulation capacity. Both cleared so the body returns to baseline on return-to-play, and the cumulative training stress does not carry into the next block of work.

  • 04
    Reprocessing failures.

Releasing the trauma charge carried by the accumulated losses, missed shots, dropped passes, and stacked failures of a competitive season — so the athlete re-enters training and competition without the body holding the residue of every previous setback.

  • 05
    Desensitizing secondary trauma.

Clearing the sympathetic charge the nervous system carries from events that happened to others — witnessing teammate injuries, the loss of a coach, the high-pressure environments the athlete absorbed secondhand. The energy the body holds for someone else's trauma and the athlete's own place inside it.

  • 06
    Desensitizing potential worst-case scenarios.

Future-proofing the nervous system against trauma that has not yet happened. The worst-case outcomes the athlete imagines on the eve of competition. Fear of re-injury. The future-tense charge of an event the body already treats as if it has occurred. Cleared inside Alpha Imprinting so the next big moment cannot detonate an imagined reservoir firing.

  • 07
Desensitizing environmental, teammate, and coach/competition stressors.

Clearing the uncontrollable stressors of high-level performance — environmental factors (stadium, traveling day, conditions, the camera in the moment), teammate dynamics (internal rivalry, comparison, locker-room politics, new teammate integration), and the coaching/competition structure (critical coach, evaluation, scoreboard, the event itself). The athlete changes teams, coaches, leagues, and roles across a career — and the protocol desensitizes the system against the pressures each new structure of authority, competition, and environment will produce.

  • 08
Reimprinting precise sports performance neuropathways with visualization and sports reversal.

Installing the new sport-specific performance neuropathways directly into the subconscious — pre-snap reads, pre-shot cognitions, decision trees under pressure, post-surface adjustments, and the consolidated execution patterns the athlete has trained consciously. Visualization and guided imagery are the rehearsal layer; sports reversal (running the worst-case scenario through the protocol in its reverse form) desensitizes the pathway against the future-tense charge of an imagined failure. Both delivered together so the new programming lands as automatic execution in real time.

  • 09
Biofeedback through micro movements to extinguish body arousal.

The receptor-level work that extinguishes sympathetic arousal in real time — sport-specific micro-movements, breath-pattern reset, body position cues, and the practitioner's live biofeedback that teaches the athlete to bring the system from high-beta lock back to Alpha flow inside the actual sport context. The deliverable is a practiced nervous-system tool the athlete uses between reps, between plays, between events — without needing the practitioner in the room.

  • 10
Refining precise neuromuscular sports performance pathways.

The final receptor-level refinement — sport-specific neuromuscular patterns (sprint mechanics, swing path, kick timing, eye-gaze on the receiver, hand-eye under pressure, grip pressure at release) installed at the level the body actually executes from. Combined with the micro-movement work and the biofeedback cue, this is where the new Alpha flow programming becomes physically installed — not only cognitively understood — and the athlete leaves with the precise neuromuscular pathways that fire under pressure without conscious override.

How the work is applied

One-on-one. And group.

Each of the ten frames is examined twice — inside the one-on-one client delivery, and again inside the group and team application. Practitioners graduate fluent in both.

Application 01

One-on-one clients.

Each frame is mapped against the live one-on-one Alpha Imprinting session — taught through case work, live demonstrations, and structured repetition of the protocol delivery with Dr. Paige. Practitioners graduate with the full nervous-system map and the practiced delivery to run the work with a single client directly in front of them.

Application 02

Group clients and teams.

The same ten frames are re-examined through the team and group lens — workshop arc, group resonance at scale, individual processing inside a shared field, and how Dr. Paige holds a cohort safely without bleed-through. Practitioners leave able to deliver the work one-on-one or stacked across a room.

Certification 02

Light Therapy Cert.

Online · Live · 2 Days

A live, two-day immersive grounded in over 4,000 peer-reviewed studies. Add one of the most diverse health optimization tools available — with almost no side-effect profile.

Light Therapy

What is light therapy

Photobiomodulation (PBM) is a non-invasive, science-backed modality that uses specific wavelengths of light to stimulate cellular function, accelerate healing, and optimize wellness — supporting skin health, reducing inflammation, enhancing recovery, and regulating the nervous system, with no downtime.

How it works

Visible and near-infrared light is applied clinically to the body for therapeutic benefit. Unlike UV, these wavelengths are safe — and work by delivering energy directly into the cells. At the mitochondrial level, the right wavelengths activate a key enzyme that increases ATP. Because different wavelengths penetrate to different depths, practitioners can target surface skin concerns through to deep tissue, joints, and neurological pathways.

Who it’s for

  • 01Chiropractors and physical therapists
  • 02Doctors and medical spa practitioners
  • 03Massage therapists and athletic trainers
  • 04Psychotherapists and personal trainers

Certification 03

NeuroESP Cert.

Online · Live · 2 Days

A live, two-day immersive that trains your energy gifts — intuition, frequency sensing, and the alpha-state channel behind every clean intuitive read.

NeuroESP

What is NeuroESP

NeuroESP is the work between brain, body, and field — a neuroscience-informed framework for developing extrasensory perception. Built on the same brainwave principles as Alpha Imprinting, it trains the nervous system to drop into the receptive state where intuitive information becomes clear, repeatable, and usable.

How it works

Intuition is information traveling on a channel most people are never trained to read. NeuroESP regulates the autonomic nervous system, drops the brain into the alpha bandwidth, opens the channels of knowing, feeling, and seeing, then teaches a clean protocol for translating signal into language — and validating it against real outcomes.

Who it’s for

  • 01Coaches and clinicians ready to formalize the intuitive channel
  • 02Alpha Imprinting and Light Therapy practitioners stacking another modality
  • 03Athletes who sense things they can’t explain and want a framework
  • 04High performers who keep getting hits they ignore
  • 05Anyone who has always known they’re intuitive and never been trained
Six core techniques

The toolkit you’ll learn.

  • 01Grounding & energetic hygiene

Anchor the nervous system and enter a clean receptive state — yours and your client’s.

  • 02Frequency sensing

Read the subtle frequency of a person, space, or moment. Pick up what the conscious mind misses.

  • 03Claircognizance, clairsentience & clairvoyance

Identify which intuitive channels are already open for you, and strengthen each with structured practice.

  • 04Alpha-state access

Sound, breath, and posture to drop the brain into the alpha bandwidth where intuitive data lands clean.

  • 05Reading protocols

A repeatable structure: open, scan, receive, translate, validate, close. Intuition as a trained tool.

  • 06Ethics & integration

How to hold a field without bleed-through, deliver hard information cleanly, and integrate the read into real life.
